Runner Terms
These terms explain the rules for runner registration, verification, assignments, delivery completion, performance impact, payouts, and platform conduct.
1. About the Runner Platform
These Runner Terms govern your use of Muwa as a runner. They apply when you register, verify your identity, go online, accept an order, shop for a customer, complete a delivery, or use Muwa runner tools.
2. Eligibility and Verification
You must provide accurate registration details and any verification information required by Muwa. Muwa may request identity documents, selfies, location verification, or additional checks before enabling runner access.
- You must keep your identity and contact details accurate.
- You must not create false runner accounts or use another person's details.
- Muwa may refuse, pause, or revoke runner access where verification is incomplete or unreliable.
3. Availability and Assignment
Muwa may assign orders based on your location, availability, budget capacity, completion rate, verification status, operational history, and other platform controls.
- Going online does not guarantee an order assignment.
- You may not hold multiple active assignments where Muwa blocks or limits that behavior.
- Muwa may re-rank or limit assignments based on reliability, abuse, safety, or service quality factors.
4. Shopping and Delivery Responsibilities
If you accept an order, you are expected to handle it honestly, carefully, and according to Muwa's workflow requirements.
- Buy the correct items and quantities.
- Enter accurate actual prices and follow shopper approvals where required.
- Use the required delivery confirmation steps before marking a delivery complete.
- Communicate through Muwa where an issue affects completion.
5. Budget, Receipts, and Proof
You may be required to operate within your approved runner budget and submit receipts, confirmation codes, location updates, photos, or other proof requested by Muwa.
- Do not manipulate pricing or submit false cost details.
- Do not upload false receipts or false delivery proof.
- Failure to provide required proof may delay or block order completion, reimbursement, or payout review.
6. Cancellation, Non-Completion, and Performance Impact
Once you accept an order, you are expected to complete it unless Muwa approves a valid interruption, escalation, or cancellation outcome.
If you fail to complete an accepted order without an approved reason, it may affect your completion rate, matching priority, payout flow, or future access to orders.
7. Earnings and Payouts
Runner earnings, reimbursements, and any related platform fees are governed by the order workflow and Muwa payout rules in effect at the time of completion.
- Customer payment through Muwa does not give you the right to collect direct payment from the shopper.
- Muwa may delay payout while investigating fraud, pricing disputes, failed proof, cancellation responsibility, or other order integrity issues.
- Any payout or reimbursement remains subject to Muwa verification and compliance checks.
8. Conduct, Safety, and Customer Information
You must behave professionally and protect customer information. Customer contact details, addresses, and order details may only be used for the assigned Muwa order.
- Do not misuse customer phone numbers, addresses, or delivery information.
- Do not act in an abusive, threatening, harassing, unsafe, or discriminatory manner.
- Do not request extra off-platform payment, tips, or unauthorized charges.
9. Fraud, Abuse, and Account Restrictions
Muwa may restrict, suspend, or permanently remove runner access where there is fraud, policy abuse, repeated service failure, pricing manipulation, false delivery completion, document misuse, or safety risk.
10. Privacy and Location Use
Muwa may use your location, chat activity, verification data, delivery updates, and order performance data to assign orders, improve service reliability, support shoppers, investigate issues, and enforce platform rules.
Please also review the Privacy Policy for more detail on data handling.
11. Liability and Platform Changes
Muwa may modify assignment logic, payout flow, verification rules, or runner operations over time. To the extent permitted by law, Muwa's liability is limited to direct platform-related loss actually caused by Muwa's failure to perform its obligations properly.
12. Changes and Contact
Muwa may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the runner platform after an update means the updated terms apply from the effective date shown on this page.
For support, disputes, or legal notices, contact Muwa through the platform or the contact details provided on the Muwa website.
