Muwa Legal
Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy explains how Muwa handles cancellations, full refunds, support review, partial adjustments, and refund timing.
1. General Refund Principle
Refund outcomes depend on the stage of the order, whether payment succeeded, whether a runner was assigned, whether shopping started, and whether any irreversible costs were already incurred.
2. When a Full Refund Is Usually Available
- Payment succeeded but no runner was available and the order could not proceed.
- The order was cancelled before shopping started and no platform exception applies.
- The order could not be fulfilled because of platform, payment, or coverage issues that prevented completion.
3. When Support Review Is Required
- A runner had already started shopping or incurred approved costs.
- There is a dispute about item approval, delivery completion, pricing, or cancellation responsibility.
- A fraud, abuse, or verification review is open on the order.
4. Partial Adjustments
If only part of an order is completed, adjusted, or approved, Muwa may apply partial charges, partial reversals, or other fair settlement based on the verified order history.
5. Refund Timing
Refund timing depends on the payment route used, banking timelines, wallet processing, fraud checks, and any support review required before release.
6. Cancellation Responsibility
Muwa may consider who caused the cancellation, what stage the order had reached, and what evidence exists in deciding the final refund treatment.
